Datuk T Sex Scandal - Eskay dares Anwar to a lie-detector challenge

Datuk T Sex Scandal - Eskay dares Anwar to a lie-detector challenge
KUALA LUMPUR: Businessman Datuk Shazryl Eskay Abdullah is prepared to take a polygraph test to proof he was not lying about Opposition Leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim being the man in the controversial Datuk T Sex video.

He said he would take the test, if Anwar also agreed to do so.

“I want the procedure to be shown live on TV. I want the world to see who is lying and who is not,” added Eskay, who had sworn in a mosque at Bandar Baru Sentul here last Friday that the man in the video was Anwar.

Datuk T Sex Scandal - Reveal identity of man in sex footage soon, says Rahim

Datuk T Sex Scandal - Reveal identity of man in sex footage soon, says Rahim

PETALING JAYA: The authorities should reveal the identity of the man in the sex video as soon as possible, said former Malacca chief minister Tan Sri Rahim Tamby Chik.

Any further delay would only lead to unhealthy speculation and polemics, he added.

As for the rowdiness at the Amru al-As mosque on Friday, Rahim said such actions were tantamount to political gangsterism.

He said this in response to verbal and physical attacks in an attempt to stop businessman Datuk Shazryl Eskay Abdullah from swearing that the man in the sex video was Opposition Leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

Some of those who turned up had kicked Federal Territory Islamic Department (Jawi) officials who were seated on a floor in front of the imam’s rostrum.

Former Perkasa treasurer-general Datuk Shuaib Lazim’s shoulder was hurt after a PKR supporter had allegedly pulled his hand violently.

Eskay, Rahim and Shuaib had on March 21 revealed the existence of the Datuk T sex video.

Datuk T Sex Video - Wan Azizah: Man in video is not Anwar

PKR president Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail, Anwar Datuk T Sex Tape
KUALA LUMPUR: PKR president Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail has insisted that the man in the sex video is not her husband Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

Speaking at a press conference at her home in Segambut Dalam, she said she had watched the short sex tape video clip posted on Youtube on Monday with her family.

“It is not him. It is clear that the body and physique of the actor' in the video is extremely different from that of Anwar.

“This is strengthened by the fact that for over a year now he has been accompanied by his children whenever he exercises and undergoes physiotherapy as part of the recuperative measures for his injured spine,” she told a packed press conference.

At the press conference, Dr Wan Azizah, her daughter Nurul Izzah and DAP national chairman Karpal Singh also condemned the lack of action against the Datuk T trio and called for them to be arrested immediately.

In SIBU on Monday night, Anwar said the sex video may have caused PKR a few bruises ahead of the Sarawak state elections, but he would not be distracted by the allegations.

Datuk T Sex Video - Anwar was on Facebook.

Datuk T Sex Video - Anwar was on Facebook
There is one simple way to find out whether 'Datuk T's' pornographic video showing a look-alike of Anwar Ibrahim is a hoax, and that is to go to Anwar's Facebook from your own Facebook account and look for his entries at the time when the video was supposed to be recorded, which is 10:23pm to 10:45pm on Feb 21, 2011.

I just did that, and I found that Anwar made entries on that day at 10:40pm, 10:49pm, 10:50pm, for which he received nine comments, 17 comments, and eight comments respectively.

And thereafter, he made another seven entries, up till 11:28pm. The fact that Anwar was actually posting messages in Facebook at the relevant time clearly indicates that Anwar couldn't have been doing what was indicated in the video.

As jokingly exclaimed by Anwar during the press conference on Mar 21, hours after the exposure of the video: How could he be carrying out the sex act and typing on his computer at the same time?

Obviously, 'Datuk T' had neglected to look up Anwar's Facebook page before he launched his pornographic piece.

Questionable time frame

Purely on a technical level, another question that puzzled me was: How could so many acts be compressed into the purported duration of 22 minutes as indicated in the video?

Journalists who had viewed the video said that the love-making part lasted 17 minutes. This means that within the remaining five minutes, the following events had to be completed:
Pre-sex act:

Anwar look-alike (Mr X) walked into the room with the conductor who gave instruction to the prostitute who was already waiting there. The conductor left the room.
The couple undressed.
Woman went into the bathroom and took a bath, which should include wiping dry with a towel (the undressing and bathroom part of the video was skipped by 'Datuk T', but he said the woman took a bath).

Post-sex act:

Mr.X wiped his lower part with tissue, and went into the bathroom to clean himself, which presumably included washing and wiping dry with a towel.
Mr. X came out from the bathroom, dressed himself and walked off the room.

It should be obvious that when one tallies up the reasonable time allowed for completing each of these events, the total will far exceed five minutes. This conflict of time further undermines the credibility of the video clip.

Implausible plot

'Datuk T' said that the sex romp took place in a spa which provides sex in Kuala Lumpur.

Will anyone believe that opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim - who has been subjected incessantly to all sorts of cruel and unjust political persecution for the past 13 years, branded as enemy number one, for which the ruling power has been desperate to see that he is politically annihilated - would even condescend to walk into a place of such disrepute at the peak hours, where he would be instantly recognized by almost everyone present there, not to mention having sex with a prostitute in the same place?

Haven't 'Datuk T' and the plotters behind him overstretched their imagination, if they think the people would swallow such a story?

Datuk T Sex Video - Datuk T wants to surrender sex video to public commission

Datuk T wants to surrender sex video to public commission.

PETALING JAYA: Datuk T, the mysterious man who exposed an explosive sex video implicating Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, has decided to surrender the footage to a public commission.

Datuk T called on the media fraternity and non-government organisations to join forces to form a public commission to be the jury and judge to ascertain the authenticity of the recording.

"I will surrender the original recording once the public commission is set up," he said, adding the commission could engage forensic experts from any country to ascertain the authenticity of the video.

Datuk T said he had decided to surrender the video to a public commission as he was of the opinion that Anwar and his wife Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail were not interested in viewing the footage next Monday.

"My initial plan was to hand over a copy to Anwar and his wife so that they can ascertain the identity of the man in the video.

Give Datuk T witness protection, says lawyer.

IPOH: The three “sex video” datuks are whistleblowers and should be protected, said criminal lawyer Dr Naran Singh.

Naran, who is Perak People's Progressive Party deputy chairman, said the authorities should not take action against the three as they were only the “messenger”.

“I am of the opinion that action should not be taken against Datuk T' for disclosing a sex video implicating Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

“Under the Witness Protection Act, any witness who comes forward to reveal privy information on acts of wrongdoings should be given rightful protection.

“Otherwise, there is no point in enacting and passing such an Act,” he said here yesterday.

Last week, “Datuk T” exposed the video recording allegedly featuring Anwar.

Naran said if the three were charged and action initiated against them, it would set a bad precedent for whistleblowers.

“No one would be willing to disclose any wrongdoing in the future for fear of repercussions and legal implications,” he said.

His views were in direct contrast to several criminal lawyers who felt that action should be taken against the three under the various laws of the country, including the Penal Code.

KUALA LUMPUR: Businessman Datuk Shazryl Eskay Abdullah is sure that the sex video is genuine because he himself is seen in the footage.

“I can 100% confirm because I was in the tape. This is not a body double. You see me in the tape,” said Eskay at a packed press conference at a hotel in Jalan Pinang here yesterday afternoon.

He was replying to questions from reporters over whether the video footage was genuine and if the man in the tape was indeed Opposition Leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

Datuk T Sex Video - Who is Datuk T Revealed!

'Datuk T' is ex-Malacca CM Rahim, businessman Shazryl Eskay and Perkasa's Shuib

PETALING JAYA: Datuk T is an alias for ‘Datuk Trio' - former Malacca chief minister Tan Sri Abdul Rahim Thamby Chik, businessman Datuk Shazryl Eskay Abdullah and Perkasa treasurer Datuk Shuib Lazim.

Rahim told this to reporters at a press conference here on Wednesday.

Rahim, however, refused to identify the man in the video but hinted “this man may end up being PM”.

He went to say that the man had once asked him to step down for the nation's sake, when he (Rahim) was implicated (but later cleared) of a sex scandal.

"The man asked me to step down then, saying I was a liablity. I was told to go (as Malacca CM) although I was never found guilty.

"Now, it is up to the government to set a Royal Commission of Inquiry to investigate the authenticity of the video," he added.

Anwar lodges police report

KUALA LUMPUR: Opposition Leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, who is implicated in a sex video scandal, has lodged a police report over the matter.

He was accompanied by his wife Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail, who is PKR president, when he lodged the report at the Dang Wangi district police headquarters.

Anwar arrived at the headquarters at 10.35am yesterday in his Mercedes Benz and immediately walked in to lodge the report.

With him were his lawyers R. Sivarasa, N. Surendran and Latheefa Koya.

He then had his statement recorded by senior investigation officer Asst Supt Sabri Yanteng.

In his report, Anwar denied that he was the man in the 22-minute video clip and alleged that his wife and he had been threatened.

He said the claim of him being the man in the video was humiliating, excessive and a politically-motivated attack.

“This is something pre-planned by irresponsible parties to force me and my wife to quit from the political arena,” he added in the report.

Anwar also urged the police to investigate those involved in releasing the video.

A mysterious Malay man, identifying himself as Datuk T, screened the video at Carcosa Seri Negara in the presence of several journalists on Monday.

Datuk T gave the politician and his wife one week to quit politics and threatened to make public the video through some NGOs if they failed to do so.

Other PKR leaders present were Batu MP Tian Chua, Kapar MP S. Manickavasagam and Youth chief Shamsul Iskandar Md Akin.

Sex clip a jolt for Pakatan

Will the latest sex scandal implicating Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim spell the end of his political career? Much will depend on investigations into the authenticity of the 22-minute video clip.

THE story goes that in 1998, then Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad gave his deputy Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim a choice – quietly retire or face public exposure of his alleged sexual escapades. Anwar, just one step from becoming Prime Minister, chose to stay and fight.

We know how that decision, if true, and the upheavals that followed, have dominated national politics for more than a decade.

Today, 13 years later, a mysterious Datuk T has dumped a massive political bomb by producing what he claims are hard CCTV visuals showing a man resembling an opposition party leader having sex with probably a foreign woman at a hotel. Anwar has strenuously denied that he is the man in the video.

Those who saw the video say there is a striking resemblance between the man in the video and Anwar. The PKR leader at a press conference on Monday admitted there is a resemblance but said the man in the video has a bigger belly.

On a more serious note, Anwar said during the time stamped on the video (about 10.30pm on Feb 21), he was at home with his staff and family members.

While senior PKR leaders immediately rallied around Anwar and were quick to assert that the video was “doctored” without even viewing it, DAP and PAS leaders have not jumped on the denial bandwagon. Instead, they are extremely worried, visibly shaken and desirous of knowing the truth. Their number one worry is how badly this latest scandal implicating Anwar, if true, would impact on their performance in the big election battle ahead.

Anwar slams sex video

Tuesday, March 22nd, 2011 00:59:00

PETALING JAYA: Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) advisor Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim today denied that he was the man in a sex video that emerged today, and claimed that this was yet another conspiracy to malign him and his family.

The Opposition Leader claimed that this was the latest attempt engineered by his political enemies bent on impeding the progress his political career and PKR.

"We issue a warning to the political enemies of Pakatan Rakyat to immediately stop this dirty and porn politics. Do not drag the people and the country into the trap of your dirty politics," he said at a news conference at the PKR headquarters, here.

Anwar was responding to an allegation by an unidentified group that it had a black-and-white video clip of a sexual act between an opposition leader and a woman said to be a prostitute at a hotel.

The group, led by a man who had introduced himself only as Datuk T, had said that it would hand over the video clip to the particular opposition leader and his wife in about a week.

Anwar claimed that on Feb 21 this year, when the video was allegedly recorded, he was with his family at home and had proof to show that he was tweeting and surfing his Facebook account then.

"At that time, I was tweeting; I will have to keep all this evidence because I fear that my account will be hacked. I am given to understand that the man in the video looks like me but has a bigger belly than I," he said, and stood up to show his abdomen to reporters.

When told that the man in the video had left behind an Omega watch, Anwar said: "Your question should be that I have an Omega watch? Yes, I have it. Azizah keeps my watch."

Datuk T's group had claimed that a watch, said to be belong to the politician in the video, was taken by the woman during their sex act on Feb 21.

Asked whether he would lodge a police report, Anwar said he had yet to watch the video.

"I have had discussions with my lawyers on the matter. I don't know the maker (of the video); I don't know if it's going to be distributed.

"Once we find the evidence and the person or persons surface(s) or appear(s), we have to do it (lodge a police report). Assuming that the government is fair and transparent because it's me," he said.

Meanwhile, Wan Azizah, who is PKR president, said the whole thing was politically motivated.

PKR secretary-general Saifuddin Nasution Ismail said the emergence of the video would not jeopardise support for PKR

There are 18 videos involving politician

ALOR SETAR: Businesswoman Umi Hafilda Ali claims there are 18 sex videos involving an opposition politician.

She claimed that the videos show the politician having sex with different partners including prostitutes and men.

“I knew about these videos 13 years ago. I know of an individual having all the videos and I hope that the person will expose them all to show the true colours of the politician,” she said.

She was speaking at a press conference after her ceramah was cancelled following objection from the state government as the venue – the Taman Wira multipurpose hall – belonged to the state government.

“I knew who was in the 18 videos but maybe at that time it was not suitable to expose the videos, but now I think it is the right time,” she said.

She said she would make more exposures on the politician and was waiting for the right moment to do so.

“I had only exposed 40% of what I have and I have more horrific evidence that I will expose either in court or in public,” she claimed.

Umi Hafilda said she would travel around the country to give ceramah as she felt it was her duty to expose wrongdoings.

Datuk T Sex Video - ‘Datuk T’ says will not give video to Anwar

KUALA LUMPUR, March 22 — A man claiming to be the mysterious “Datuk T” behind the screening of a sex video allegedly featuring Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim emerged again today, and said he would not surrender his recording to the opposition leader, his wife or any authority.
Instead, he pledged to give a copy of the 21-minute long video and the Omega watch supposedly belonging to Anwar to an independent commission, which he urged all media and non-governmental organisations to jointly form to investigate the authenticity of the clip.

In an emailed press statement purportedly penned by him this evening, Datuk T explained that his change of heart was due to Anwar’s denial of his involvement in the video and his police report lodged today.

“Now that Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has lodged a police report denying that he is the man in a sex video screened to media personnel on Monday, I presume that he and his wife are not interested to receive a copy of the recording from me next Monday.

“Therefore I am calling on the media fraternity and NGOs to immediately form an independent public commission to investigate the authenticity of the tape,” he wrote.

The commission, he said, would also be allowed to engage foreign experts from any country to verify the recording.

I will hand over the original recording to the public commission. I will also hand over the Omega watch that was found in the room where Anwar was caught on video with a foreign prostitute.

“The commission can send the watch to forensic experts to find if DNA found on the watch matched Anwar’s,” he said.

During yesterday’s screening to selected media personnel at a prominent hotel here, the unidentified man had promised to surrender a copy of the video to Anwar and his wife Datin Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail next Monday.

This, he had said, was to enable the duo to identify the man in the video and subsequently to announce their resignations.

Despite deciding not to surrender the video to Anwar and Wan Azizah, Datuk T pledged to stick to his promise that the recordings will be kept away from the hands of the authorities.

Anwar sodomy trial: Three items now allowed as DNA evidence

KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court reversed its earlier decision and has allowed three items to be tendered as DNA evidence in the Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim sodomy trial.

The items are a toothbrush, a towel and a mineral water bottle.

Justice Mohd Zabidin Mohd Diah ruled this on Wednesday.

However, he dismissed an application compelling Anwar to submit his DNA sample for profiling.

In his ruling allowing the submission of the three items, Justice Mohd Zabidin said the earlier decision was made without the benefit of the investigating officer’s testimony.

He ruled that in light of the investigating and arresting officers’ evidence, the arrest was indeed lawful.

Two applications had been filed by the prosecution on March 11, are for the court to review its trial-within-a-trial decision for the items and for the court to compel Anwar to provide his DNA sample for profiling.

Solicitor-General II Datuk Mohd Yusof Zainal Abiden had submitted that while Anwar could not be made to volunteer his DNA, it was within the court’s jurisdiction to order someone else to take it from him.

Anwar’s lawyer Karpal Singh, however, submitted that whoever carried out such a testing without the person’s consent would be in violation of the Penal Code for voluntarily causing hurt to a person.

On the other application, the prosecution wanted the court to review its March 8 decision, where Justice Mohd Zabidin ruled that the three items taken from the lockup where Anwar was kept overnight, could not be tendered as evidence as they had been obtained via unfair means.

Anwar, 63, is charged with sodomising Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan in a Bukit Damansara condominium here on June 26, 2008.

Lawyers for opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim today sought to implicate the country's prime minister in a conspiracy to frame Anwar on charges that he sodomised a former male aide.

Datuk T speculated to have once been in videoed politician’s inner circle.

KUALA LUMPUR: The mysterious Datuk T has become a top talking point as the controversy over the sex video involving a man who resembles Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim rages on.

The Opposition Leader has denied he is the man in the 22-minute video and claimed that it was doctored. He blamed it on the Barisan Nasional government.

A day after the video emerged, political sources speculated that the hidden video cameras were obviously “an inside job”.

In his press release, whistle- blower Datuk T had said that after the politician had left the hotel, “he (the politician) realised he had left behind his Omega watch in a room that he had occupied earlier.”

Datuk T, a Malay man in his 50s, said he was “asked to search for the watch in the room”, when he stumbled upon some electrical wiring as well as a video recorder containing the footage of the politician having sex with a woman.

Datuk T Sex Video - PAS may review ties if video is authentic

PETALING JAYA: PAS may re- evaluate its political ties with a high-ranking opposition leader if the sex video is authentic.

PAS ulama council chief Datuk Harun Taib said if the video was authentic, the party certainly did not want to be associated with the politician.

“This is a serious matter as it involves the morality of a leader.

“If it (allegations of sexual promiscuity) is true, we have to re-evaluate our political ties,” he said yesterday.

Harun, however, said that he could not make any further comments because the authenticity of the video had yet to be ascertained.

Outspoken PKR leader Badrul Hisham Shahrin, who is known as Chegubard, said if the politician was really involved in the scandal he should quietly step down.

Pakatan Rakyat leaders denied that the man in a sex video shown to journalists was Opposition Leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

PKR secretary-general Saifuddin Nasution challenged the mysterious “Datuk T” to reveal himself.

“Who is this “Datuk T”? We cannot just respond to any Tom, Dick or Harry. There needs to be some credibility,” Saifuddin said.

PETALING JAYA: A video showing a man, resembling a top Opposition leader having sex with a woman, believed to be a foreign prostitute, has emerged.

The 30-minute video, which showed the supposedly high profile Member of Parliament in various compromising positions, is set to rock the Malaysian political arena.

The video recorded on Feb 21 was found in a hotel room in Kuala Lumpur.

Press representatives were taken to a hotel room individually to view the video footage by a group of unknown people led by a person, who only wanted to be known as Datuk T.

Datuk T said he wanted the media to watch the footage showing the politician before sending the copy to him and his wife “to identify the person in the video” a week from now.

KUALA LUMPUR: Pakatan Rakyat leaders deny that the man in a Datuk T Sex video shown to journalists on Monday is opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

“This is a doctored video of Anwar,” alleged PKR communications director Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad in his tweet.

A 21-minute video, showing a man resembling Anwar having sex with a woman, was shown to newsmen by a man who identified himself only as Datuk T. He claimed the video was recorded on Feb 21 in a local hotel room.

PKR secretary -general Saifuddin Nasution challenged the mysterious Datuk T to reveal himself before making accusations against Anwar.

“Who is this Datuk T? We cannot just respond to any Tom, Dick or Harry. He is brave enough to challenge Anwar, but does not dare to expose himself. There needs to be some credibility,” Nasution said when contacted.

Nasution said the entire exercise was a sign of Umno’s and Barisan Nasional’s desperation in their bid to demolish Anwar.

“This has been part of a failed smear campaign for the past 12 years.

"This was also timed to divert attention away from issues of corruption and scandal in Sarawak,” said Nasution, adding he was confident the party would pass this ‘test’ because of his firm belief that Anwar had been made a victim.

PKR’s Batu MP Tian Chua, in his tweet, described the “special viewing of a doctored video of Anwar Ibrahim” to the media as a desperate tactic by Barisan Nasional to distract the debate from policies and governance ahead of the Sarawak polls.

“(Barisan) shifted to focus on smearing in character assassination. The whole purpose of the exercise is to smear (Anwar’s name). The people who presented the video viewing in Carcosa this morning won’t even reveal their identities,” he said.

Tian said he expected the mainstream media to play the story “to the extreme”.

Datuk T Sex Video - Sex video becomes talk of the town in a matter of hours

Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, datuk t, scandal movie, sex scandal, sex tape, Datuk T Sex Video

KUALA LUMPUR: News of the emergence of a video featuring a man resembling an opposition leader having sex with a woman swept through the corridors of power and by midday it was the main topic of conversation in Parliament and in Putrajaya.

As soon as websites, including The Star’s portal www.thestar.com.my uploaded the story following the revelation by an individual calling himself “Datuk T”, newsmen were flooded with calls for details.

Not only were people interested to know the identity of the person in the Datuk T sex tape, they also wanted to know who the mysterious “Datuk T” was.

Some even asked for a copy of the video from the press, as they assumed the sex tape was distributed to the media.

The Parliament lobby was abuzz with talk on the sex video, with MPs from both sides of the divide having clashing views.

Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Nazri Aziz slammed the Opposition for accusing Barisan Nasional of coming up with the video, adding that although he had yet to watch the video, he believed the people were smart enough to know who was right and wrong.

“Anything that involves Barisan MPs is a fact, but anything that concerns them is a conspiracy,” he said sarcastically.

Rembau MP Khairy Jamaluddin found it strange that Pakatan Rakyat politicians were so quick to deny that the video involved an opposition leader when none of them had seen it.

“It was only made available to the media this morning. The Opposition seems to be very defensive about this. Maybe there is something to it, but I don’t want to speculate,” he said.

While Kinabatangan MP Datuk Bung Mokhtar Radin said the person who called the media to view the video has to be responsible for his or her actions, Kota Belud MP Datuk Abdul Rahman Dahlan urged all parties to remain calm as it was premature to draw conclusions.

Taiping MP Nga Kor Ming said the timing was “definitely convenient” in light of the dissolution of the Sarawak state assembly while Sungai Petani MP Datuk Johari Abdul said logic would tell one that a 63-year-old man with back problems (referring to Opposition Leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim) and facing troubled times was unlikely to do such things.

Urging the police to investigate, Datuk Mahfuz Omar (PAS – Pokok Sena) said the video seemed to be directed at creating an issue before the general election.
