Rahim, Eskay and Shuib unmasked as men behind video
KUALA LUMPUR: Tan Sri Rahim Tamby Chik, Datuk Shazryl Eskay Abdullah and Datuk Shuib Lazim have been unmasked as the mysterious Datuk T in the sex video scandal that has hogged the headlines since Tuesday.
They said the moniker stood for “Datuk Trio”, or Three Datuks, as they all had the title, and demanded that an all-party royal commission of inquiry be set up to investigate their claim that the video footage was genuine.
Rahim and Eskay came out in the open after Sungai Petani MP Datuk Johari Abdul, who is Shuib’s nephew, exposed the trio’s identity at a press conference and said they had shown him the video at another hotel here.
Johari of PKR said he was sure that the man in the video was not his party boss Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
Eskay shot back: “I know it is Anwar because I was there. My face is in the video.”
Meanwhile, police have started investigations into the sex video scandal following the report lodged by Anwar – they interviewed several journalists who were shown the video on Monday.
