Datuk T Sex Scandal: Sg Petani MP in clip linked to sex video

KUALA LUMPUR: Another clip linked to the purported controversial sex video of Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has surfaced in several blogs on Tuesday.

The 1.59 minute-long clip showed Sungai Petani MP Datuk Johari Abdul viewing the alleged sex video together with Datuk T trio of Datuk Shazryl Eskay Abdullah, Tan Sri Abdul Rahim Thamby Chik and Datuk Shuaib Abdul Lazim.
Stating his case: Johari speaking to reporters in the Parliament lobby.

The clip's title stated that Johari had admitted it was Anwar in the sex video.

The trio were said to have invited Johari to view the video, in which the latter was seen laughing and joking with the three men.

Johari was said to have uttered words pertaining to the clip which the bloggers had interpreted as sin' (dosa).

The clip was shown on pappagomo, ruang bicara faisal and Gerakan Anti PKR.

Shazryl was also seen in the clip purportedly showing Johari the Omega' watch, which was said to belong to Anwar.

Following the screening of the video at Carcosa Seri Negara on March 21, Johari claimed that the man in the video was not Anwar.

On June 24, Shazryl and Shuaib were fined RM3,000 and RM1,500 respectively for openly displaying an obscene film, while Rahim was fined RM1,000 for abetting them.

When met at the Parliament lobby yesterday, Johari refuted allegations on a blog that he had asked for money in exchange for bringing more PKR MPs to watch the video and quit the party.

He also insisted Anwar was innocent, despite the blog's claims he (Johari) had admitted that the Opposition Leader was the one in the clip.

“I have a clean conscience. I stand by my word that it is not Anwar in the video,” he added.

Johari added that he had suspicions that he was being recorded after he entered the room and sat down.

He also said that he would not take action against the blogger who released the latest video.
